Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We can accept order cancellation if the order is not yet processed.Unfortunately we can not accept cancellation in case the order is already processed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible if thoughts of order cancellation arise.Easiest way to modify your order is to request an order cancellation and in case the cancellation is approved, place new order with the wanted items. We recommend double-checking all the details of your order before placing it.

What are the shipping costs?
We have two shipping rates. If your order total is €80 or more, you are eligible for free shipping. The other option is our standard shipping which costs €8,50
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, in the EU. Currently, our delivery area covers all member states of the European Union.
How can I track my order?
After your order is processed and sent, you receive the tracking link to your email from which you can track your order.
